Over and over, until enough people feel it, it must be repeated

Sometimes when I wear my hat that reads
BLACK LIVES MATTER!
Someone will say to me
ALL LIVES MATTER!
And of course that is true!!
And much of my life has been devoted to trying to
improve the quality of all lives!

But as I see it
The reason a separate statement that BLACK LIVES MATTER
   Must be made
   Must be consistently repeated

Is because millions in our country
do not believe that
BLACK LIVES MATTER!
